JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a newly established team. Focused on designing and managing our CI/CD platform and application servers by building functional systems that bring our business to new heights. Deep experience with open source and cloud technologies, problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous learning is necessary. As our DevOps Engineer inTools & Automation Team, you will interface with different R&D teams to lead efforts to improve and streamline the tool infrastructure and processes to maximize software development and release efficiency by collecting and monitoring performance and operational metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting and maintaining application development lifecycles and continuous deployment
- Contributing to managing and scaling the CI/CD infrastructure
- Directing and working with multiple software development teams across global locations to research, design, document, develop, automate, monitor, maintain and support CI / CD processes like build, release, and deployment cycles for different software projects
- Being responsible for capacity planning, performance analysis activities, and incident management
- Analyzing and resolving problems associated with CI/CD platforms, applications, and software
- Designing and develops platforms with a focus on automating processes using scripting languages, and automation platforms
- Following all best practices and procedures as established by the company
- Preparing periodic reporting on the progress to management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- MS/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Min. 3 years of relevant software/infrastructure development and operations experience with building and managing release systems, CI/CD workflows, and tools
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience developing and administering CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Git, BlackDuck, GitLab
- Experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell scripting
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using the tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform
- AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro is a plus
- Experience implementing and designing cloud-native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps is a plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
- Excited to learn and try out new things

- Up to date on the latest industry trends, able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
