Responsibilities :
- Visit animal health businesses and laboratories to sale and provide technical support
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis
- Support marketing activities for collaborative works/events e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, seminars, etc.
- Plan, organize and control sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up and compare new products, services or any other competitive situations of the market
- Organize training and seminars and prepare presentations for events
- Answer customer questions and forward them if necessary, to relevant department
- Represent Zoetis in official and private institutions
- Plans, controls and follow up product budgets
- Use IT tools effectively and regularly to keep the data up to date
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine or a related field
- Master's degree in any of the disciplines will be an asset
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in sales and marketing, preferably in Diagnostic area
- Experience in human or animal health industry
- Strong oral and written presentation skills including effective persuasion abilities
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Good command of ERP applications, specially SAP
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-disciplined and self-starter
- Strong sensitivity to multi-cultural / multi-national environments
- Self motivated with good communication skills, team worker
- Ability to multi-task and to work to demanding timelines
- Willingness to develop her/himself in a corporate structure
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving
- Consultative and problem solving skills
- Strategic planning and organizational skills
- Good analytical skills as well as experience with sales tools
- Self-motivated, a team player and well organized
- Willingness and ability to travel with a driver licence
