QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MCAN Health is a leading medical travel company in Istanbul-Turkey. The international patients of MCAN reach from different platforms via AI based chatbot, forms, Whatsapp Business, FB Messenger, and many others.
The digital marketing team of MCAN constitute of talented web masters, SEO specialists, social media managers, content writers, graphic designers and videographers. The team does not support only MCAN but also MCAN’s sister companies.
In the team, you are the missing one. We invite you to join our Digital Marketing Team as Google AdWords and Ad Campaign Management Specialist. You are expected to focus on paid search ads within Google and Facebook including retargeting, display and video ads.
The Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration and other related departments,
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads
· Knowledge on Google Analytics
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
The Expectations
This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within Google and Facebook advertising platforms. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads.
· Managing and optimizing performance marketing channels; Google Ads and other PPCs. The tasks include but not limited to A/B testing, text ad creative, keyword research,setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Follow up all emerging digital technologies and channels, website trends, Google policies
· Work with other teams within company to create integrated campaigns to raise awareness, engagement, drive traffic & sales
· Managing technical integrations & projects necessary for channel management & optimization
· Creating and presenting monthly reports on MCAN’s traffic and conversion KPIs to the management team
