QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for handling an organization’s digital assets. (web domains, videos, images, audios, text files)
- Entails developing strategies for managing assets.
- Managing how digital assets interact with employees and the company, including keeping file permissions and usage rights up to date.
- Oversee of assets and deliver them to business partners, ensuring that client specifications and deadlines are meet.
- İmplementing delivery schedules for media elements and working closely with managers to oversee asset management and the distribution process.
- Supervise any business partners and facilitate digital asset upload and download.
- Create, review edit assets, assign appropriate taxonomy and usage rights metadata to assets and convert items to the desired format
- Training employees and business partners on the digital asset management system and providing regular updates.
- Working with other marketing roles and internal stakeholders teams about the digital Asset topics
- Perform essential tasks about domain management; such as renewing or terminating domain name registration, determining internal / external access needs.
- Ensuring Logo Grup dijital assets/web sites compliance with Logo Group Data Protection and Information Security Policies.
