We’re looking for an “Digital Business Development Manager “ who has qualifications listed below and will work for Antur.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tourism Agency or E-commerce Companies as Business Development or Process Manager
  • Having experience B2B to B2C in luxury travel segment, developing new digital channels focus on marketing and selling experience.
  • Good command of English, both written & spoken,
  • Analyzing technical needs and tracing all development processes, achieve time-to-market and quality while defining and owning product map
  • Experience in Technology Management (product owner, product manager, Technical IT manager with portfolio management responsibilities, etc.)
  • You have strong cross functional project management and follow-up skills,
  • You’re a talented problem solver with a “can-do attitude”,
  • You’re a real multi-tasker who can handle ambiguity in a confident and agile manner,
  • Understanding of complex architectural environments

Main duties and responsibilities,

  • Lead strategic transition from B2B to B2C in luxury travel segment, developing new online sales channels focus on marketing and selling experience.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digitalisation master-plan for Antur Travel Services Department with focus on increasing profitability.
  • Developing luxury experience sales-oriented website.
  • Responsible for driving sales to achieve set targeted levels and leverage brand objectives using Website, portals, API development and integratio
  • Conducting UAT, product acceptance testing and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements
  • Assist the team to optimise our marketing spend and brand presence online.
  • Assist Marketing/Sales teams with content reviews and suggestions for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals.
  • Create tools and guidelines supporting departments knowledge of the system.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, joint business plans, promotional plans and regularly review with sales leads
  • Educate and interface with other departments to drive a stronger eCommerce business for the future.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of sales, inventory, promotions, forecasts, and any other account activities that will impact financial results.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity/market share data and identify emerging trends in consumer buying patterns. Be able to turn these insights into actionable plans to achieve your goals.
