Memorial Hospitals Group was established in February, 2000 with the mission of becoming a world-class brand in Healthcare. Memorial employees more than 7.000 staff with 11 hospitals and 2 medical centers and 1 wellness center that are located throughout Turkey in cities such as İstanbul, Ankara, Kayseri, Antalya and Diyarbakır.

We are looking for a new teammate for our rapidly growing young and dynamic team. If you have experience in creating and optimizing digital media campaigns, if you are interested in the health sector, if the idea of ??developing our ever-growing projects together is attractive to you, we would like to see you in our digital channels team consisting of both local and foreign experts.

· Managing digital channel operations (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Yandex etc)

· Defining Target Audiences for our different health services in collobration with marketing department. Making sure that audience strategy in place.

· Working on campaign set-up and optimization, creative tests

· Regular reporting of performance channels

· Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders

Requirements

· Min. 2 years of experience in digital performance marketing

· Expertise in setting-up Google Ads (Adwords, Youtube, GDN) and Social Media Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

· Proficient at Google Analytics and familiar with Google Tag Manager (Events, Goal Tracking, Campaigns, Content Grouping, E-commerce, Custom Dimensions, Data Layer)

· Expertise in excel for media reporting in daily & weekly & monthly basis

· Proficient at MS Office programs

· Knowledge of UTM parameters and website performance monitoring

· Knowledge of marketing technologies, automation tools, channels and interactions with each other.

· Self motivated and eager to learn about technological developments

· Language Skills (Preferebaly English)

· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject

· Experience in health sector is a plus

· Knowhow in using visual tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc.) is a plus
