We are seeking a ''Digital Learning Specialist'' who will contribute to our growing team and become a part of one of the largest and strongest education foundations in Turkey. Join a team that supports the professional development of more than 800 educators across the SEV family of schools with cutting edge professional development programs, turning best-practice research into practical education programs for busy teachers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Educational Technology, Education, Communications, or a related department,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the design or support of digital learning programs or online instruction,
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills,
• A solid technical background using a variety of programs and the desire/ability to learn the new ones—must be comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Premier, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets, Slides, etc.); knowledge and experience working with social media platforms a plus,
• Enjoys problem-solving and can find creative solutions to technical problems,
• Is eager to learn, well organized, detail-oriented, and wants to be part of an awesome team,
• Has a positive attitude, is flexible in approach, and has a good sense of humor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Instructional Design—Outline and structure program content, activities, assignments, and instructions; contributing to delivering learning materials in new and innovative ways; synthesize best practice research into clear, meaningful, and actionable strategies for teachers and school leaders; assistance in course/program evaluation survey development, administration, analysis, and reporting.
• Course Setup and Management—Manage participant enrollment through the SEV Academy website and our Blackboard LMS; customize course content for different schools, cohorts, and levels; coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders on creating course resources; track participant activity, monitor ongoing data, and report on engagement; troubleshoot and provide technical support to participants in active programs.
