We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist for a global manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment.
As an experienced Digital Marketer, you will be a part of their fast-growing, creative marketing and communication team, taking charge of creating and executing new digital strategies locally in collaboration with global team.
Responsibilities;
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies that are targeted, relevant and timely across the entire customer experience to increase customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion (e.g., SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising),
- Use the marketing automation system (Marketo) to create a lead, to take an active role in the integration of CRM and marketing automation in the upcoming process,
- Develop and coordinate content for website, articles, videos, email campaigns, webinars, virtual events and social media,
- Focus on the efficient generation of qualified sales leads via digital channels,
- Focus on increase the customer experience journey,
- Manage high quality video shootings and post production process,
- Adopt and implement new digital global projects and best practices locally,
- Create and launch communication campaigns on new products,
- Create and implement digital marketing plan, social media marketing plan,
- Organize customer events and dealer’s meeting, prepare local marketing printed and promotional materials.
Requirements & Competencies;
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing and communications or equivalent,
- Research and follow up trends in digital world,
- Having knowledge on digital advertising tools as like SEO and Google Ads,
- Good knowledge Adobe Suite, MS Office and PowerPoint,
- Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken),
- Experience in digital marketing and inbound marketing,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills,
- Planning and organizational skills,
- Customer-oriented and result-driven,
- Creative and open to new ideas.
