QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing and acquisition channels; Search, Social Display and affiliates.
- Managing digital roadmap with close coordination with stakeholders –feeds related teams for execution, follows up status, measures results & shares within organization.
- Overseeing key agency and business partner relationships ensuring KPIs are met.
- Proposing and implementing successful optimization strategies.
- Defining the right KPIs and conducting analysis of campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding of the target audience.
- Identification of trends and insights for the digital marketing campaigns and optimal spending on the insights
- Planning and executing experiments and conversion tests, and new growth strategies.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and other vendors to maximize customer outreach.
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new campaigns and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Business,Marketing or Economics
- Proficient in English
- Experience working with key campaign management tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Insider, Emarsys, Adjust…etc)
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with web designing and development.
- Prior job experience in web traffic metrics and web publishing.
- Very organized with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Result-oriented and dynamic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently, maintaining high quality and accuracy
- Ability to attention to detail along with a creative mind
- A/B and multivariate experiments knowledge
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Similarweb etc.)
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript development, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated capability and willingness to own and solve problems
