QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for strongly analytic and digital passionate young professionals to join our Digital Sales & Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growth of sales and acquisition from digital channels. In addition, you will also be responsible for the continual analysis and improvement of digital user journeys, build onboarding roadmaps as well as retention and cross-sell/up-sell actions.

You should be caring both customer satisfaction and business targets and be a pioneer player for digitalization of the bank. You will be working closely with CRM, Channel Management, Segment Management, Product Management, Performance Marketing and Advertising teams.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Engineering or related field,
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably in banking sector,
  • In-depth knowledge & experience about lead generation, digital sales,
  • Experienced in CRM marketing,
  • Mobile app marketing experience is preferred,
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Measurement, Analytics, Engagement (Google Analytics, Adjust, Netmera vb) tools is a plus,
  • Good understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization),
  • Highly analytical and data-oriented with the ability to draw insights from data,
  • Result oriented, self-drive, proactive attitude,
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills,
  • Communication, executive presentation, and material preparation skills required,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and very good level in English,
  • Having strong communication, organization and project management skills,
  • Ability to be both strategic and able to take initiative.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manages 360-degree marketing activities for digital customer acquisition,
  • Boosts digital customer penetration by migrating existing customers to digital,
  • Analyzes customer behavior, needs and churn risk levels and implements acquisition and retention roadmaps based on data insights,
  • Executes marketing & communication actions for sales of banking products from CRM (push, sms, email), owned (bank’s all communication channels) and paid digital channels,
  • Plans and executes omnichannel marketing automation strategy,
  • Creates campaigns to achieve acquisition, retention and sales targets,
  • Tracks business KPI’s, measure and report performance of all marketing actions for predetermined goals and continuously optimize them.
