The Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for establishment of brand and product value propositon awareness, attracting and motivating new Manufacturing Companies and new Partner Companies to join the ProManage & ProManage Cloud platforms.

  • Be responsible for end to end Digital and Performance Marketing Strategy
  • Drive awareness and lead generation by building and managing a measurable demand generation and marketing funnel management structure that includes SEO, SEM/Paid Search, digital events, Email and Direct Mail Marketing
  • Manage social media accounts effectively to generate leads
  • Optimize traffic to increase quality and quantity of leads
  • Increase brand awareness and generate incoming leads
  • Manage the content and direction of our website by collaborating with internal and external resources to make site improvements that increase traffic, conversion, and engagement
  • Monitor performance budget and track KPI’s, digital marketing costs and measure results, report them to manager
  • Design and execute A/B testing experiments and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns - with and without a budget
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools
  • Designing full-funnel digital advertising structure and optimize for every stage of the customer journey.
  • Work with design and content team members to create landing pages, blog posts, ad copy, email templates, presentations
  • Build and Orchestrate content development strategy including the process of how to create, distribute, and leverage content (ebooks, guides, whitepapers) to increase awareness, traffic, and conversions with our audience drive growth
  • Building marketing stack (Hubspot,SFDC,Clearbit) for accurate program execution, including sourcing, attribution, nurturing, understanding lead scoring, conversions, and calculating ROI

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B and Saas or technology company experience is plus
  • Experience in the digital ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, paid media, content, ad platforms
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across marketing teams and functions
  • The ability to work in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with modern demand generation strategy
  • Process-driven; you can push projects forward internally and when working with partners
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital lead generation campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels to meet business goals
  • Track record of proven success meeting increasing lead and pipeline goals quarter over quarter
  • Data-driven; you can use data/analytics to measure the impact of your work and then use it to iterate based on its impact
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing, and an ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g.HubSpot)
  • Growth marketing skill set: Experience designing top-of-funnel campaigns across multiple channels-email, web, paid, etc.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a problem solver that keeps the end goal in focus
  • Subject matter experience within IT, DevOps, and Cybersecurity is a plus
