Clinichub is an international medical tourism company, has locations in Istanbul and London. We are specialized in providing plastic surgery, hair transplant, weight loss operations and dental treatments. Managing and optimizing marketing campaigns of our services on all performance channels, you will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of business drivers.We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

  • Manage all digital assets such as website, digital micro-sites and social media channels
  • Manage agencies, content creators and freelancers for outsourcing tasks where required
  • Analyse website traffic on Google Analytics, optimize pages to improve conversion and reduce bounce rate
  • Create, monitor and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads within cost-per-lead budget
  • Build landing pages and optimize for conversion using A/B tests
  • Perform Email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns to engage present customer audience
  • Prepare and execute media strategy
  • Present weekly plans and monthly concepts
  • Follow-up the marketing trends and provide suggestions
  • Follow-up best uses of social media on a global basis, having a taste for design
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Execute and coordinate all brand and corporate communication&marketing activities regarding the corporate brand strategy,

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more
  • Eager to teamwork
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEM, SEO, e-mail, web site, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Always follows the latest trends and is able to be creative accordingly
  • Personal interest and knowledge in Social Media
