QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree from reputable university in the fields of engineering, economics or other related departments.

· Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience either client or agency side.

· Good Knowledge of brand marketing, Social platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and App Download,

· Managing social media and media buying agency to optimize daily and weekly running Facebook Ads and Google Ads.,

· Social media ads management experience in lead generation and digital media,

· Develop a new mobile app download campaign structure and improve store visits,

· Good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (Google Analytics, Adjust, Salesforce, Power BI etc.)

· Strong analytical thinking and excited of data-driven marketing

· Manage marketing ad budget allocations effectively,

· Keep up to date with advances and the latest trends,

· Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,

· Cross functional and team working skills,

· Creative, break-through thinker, a good team-player, self-motivated and result oriented,

· Excellent communication skills in English and strong domination grammar in Turkish,

· Excellent communication and writing skills,

· Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.


JOB DESCRIPTION


· Design and implement marketing and growth strategies aligned with business targets and manage, setup, implement and run Performance marketing campaigns.

· Develop realistic goals and KPIs, set up custom dashboards and reports and rigorously aim to achieve them

· Follow-up and development of ongoing app download ads and lead generation campaigns

· Working closely with digital marketing agencies

· Oversee the development of digital marketing content and exploration of sales channels

· Improve new strategies to leverage performance

· Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?

· Optimizing and improving performance necessary KPIs and ROI-CPL-CPA-CPI in Performance marketing channels

· Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and other vendors
