QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who can lead the prototyping, development, integration, testing, launch, monitoring and improvement of these products and services, and new ones.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap
• Quickly develop prototypes to test ideas
  
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products released
  
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements and issues
  
• Create user guides, perform products demos, train colleagues and externals on how to use the products
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards to report on key metrics
  
• Help develop the core positioning and messaging for the products
  
• Gather and provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
  
• Help drive engagement for these products

Will deal with KO's current product: Web + Mobile + CRM
