The Job
- Be the driving force behind organization's digital transformation
- Implement digital strategy by working with business partners as the conscious application of technology and enablement of people to utilize
- Ensure that all digital initiatives are fully inline with global, regional and country strategic plans
- Drive digital innovation as digitalization champion and create a digital mindset with the bottom-up approach
- Create innovative digital solutions for customer experiences, employee experiences and operational efficiency
- Ensure that proper Reporting is in place for the main KPIs in Digital Program Delivery and Deployment
- Provide purpose, develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
- Ensure the customer is at the centre of everything the team accomplishes.
- Develop team culture, spirit and capabilities within team.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent project/program management experience and skills
- Good general business and IT management experience with several years' of line management experience
- Respect and Result Driven
- Strong people-management and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
- Strong communication and organizational skills
