The Job

  • Be the driving force behind organization's digital transformation
  • Implement digital strategy by working with business partners as the conscious application of technology and enablement of people to utilize
  • Ensure that all digital initiatives are fully inline with global, regional and country strategic plans
  • Drive digital innovation as digitalization champion and create a digital mindset with the bottom-up approach
  • Create innovative digital solutions for customer experiences, employee experiences and operational efficiency
  • Ensure that proper Reporting is in place for the main KPIs in Digital Program Delivery and Deployment
  • Provide purpose, develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
  • Ensure the customer is at the centre of everything the team accomplishes.
  • Develop team culture, spirit and capabilities within team.


The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent project/program management experience and skills
  • Good general business and IT management experience with several years' of line management experience
  • Respect and Result Driven
  • Strong people-management and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
