Your Responsibilities
/ Monthly reporting of digital KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) performances of all countries in the region (Region Emerging Markets)
/ Conducting competitive assessment for the countries in the region for CRM
/ Analyzing digital market in the countries in the region via market research using web and global statistics databases
/ Supporting ongoing projects in the department
Your Profile
/ 3rd or 4th class undergraduate student in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
/ Eligibility to work at least 2.5, preferably 3-4 days in a week
/ Knowledge or high interest in digital transition & transformation, strategy development, project management, e-commerce and CRM
/ Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
/ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
