GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced or master’s degree preferred
  • Previous working experience in digital performance marketing / digital product managementfor 5-6 years
  • Hands-on experience with diverse advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mobile Advertising Platforms etc.)
  • Experience with analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adjust etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Overall understanding and personal interest on financial technologies
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Comfortable with working in an ambiguous & uncertain environment
  • Fluency in English is a must since the company has extension projects in UK and Europe


  • Manage & optimize performance marketing campaigns for user acquisition and mobile engagement using Facebook, Google and other networks
  • Measure, track and report performance of mobile apps, web site and online branch to take proactive actions thru effective utilization of necessary tools (i.e. Adjust, Google Analytic and other tools), manage and improve performance of online tools
  • Test new acquisition channels to drive growth for different PeP’s products and services.
  • Monitor & report daily performance marketing channels and allocate budget accordingly
  • Design & conduct A/B experiments to test creatives, audiences etc.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing agency on day to day to develop new strategies as trends change.

· Analyze user data sets to understand user acquisition, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention metrics.

· Manage SEO / ASO strategy of PeP’s digital platforms

· Scope, plan and deliver an actionable product backlog, drive the development of prototypes, and test ideas
