QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration and other related departments,

2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or related departments in businesses, online retail sector will be an asset,

Advanced usage of MS Office Tools,

Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Business platforms,

Knowledge about web/app technologies, SEO, marketing communications and Marketing BI tools,

Strong analytical and data-driven mind-set,

Deeply understanding of the following terms: “ROAS, ROI, Optimization, Conversion, Acquisition, COS, Funnel, Segmentation”.

JOB DESCRIPTION


Executing and optimizing paid and owned digital communication and advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Retargeting etc.,

Determining target groups and segments for campaigns, ads and communications,

Monitoring, reporting and analysing digital metrics and KPIs via Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other reporting tools,

Working closely with CRM, Product, Category and Sales teams to build an effective digital strategy for increasing online sales,

Supporting and guiding CRM team in creating and optimizing customer journeys to improve digital customer experience and retention,

Implementing, testing and optimizing the digital marketing automation processes,

Creating and enriching data interpretations about on-site user behaviours and taking necessary data-driven actions,

Managing relations with digital performance agency and other 3rd parties.
