QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
2022 will be a huge year for Digital Transformation at e-Commerce!
Ceraverse is changing commerce by creating incredible experience in 3D and Augmented Reality. In the last year eCommerce growth has exploded and buyer expectations have too. We help brands create experiences that wow customers. We change 2D product image to 3D experience and customer can configure product realtime on 3D object.
So, what kind of teammate are we looking for in this position?
- If you have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Social Sciences or related disciplines,
- If you have 3+ years of experience as an Email Marketing / CRM Specialist,
- If you have strong analytical skills and knowledge of email marketing performance metrics / KPI's, marketing automation, and web analytics,
- If you have project management experience, especially implementing new marketing automation tools and working closely with project / development teams,
- If you have a good level of English

What will you do in this position?
- Plan, build and execute e-mail marketing campaigns and email automations via marketing automation tool.
- Continuously bring new ideas to improve knowledge on email campaign best practices and execute strategies to maximize revenue through email communications.
- Manage e-mail marketing database for each country to increase email optins and response rates.Partner with Marketing, Design & Content teams to co-develop email marketing content and provide recommendations.
- Implement A/B tests, know how to use UTM parameters, provide effective reports, identify insights and run a continuous optimization of the ongoing email campaigns.
- Support and follow up integration needs with marketing automation partner, follow up project timelines.
