Now, we are hiring a Director of Revenue to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Manage and lead the Team through day-to-day operations, as well as strategically guide the Revenue department to achieve Team and organizational goals
• Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports
• Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of pricing decisions on property performance.
• Develop an overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.
• Provide guidance on corporate transient, group & wholesale pricing.
• Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with Mett Revenue Management Standards.

Competencies

• BA degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Revenue Management in hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Excellent computer skills

• Strong planning and budgetary skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
