QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EXPORT SALES SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in cultivating and setting up a business sales network and retail operations;

Strong self-discipline to work independently with a sheer focus on sales results;

Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques and approaches;

Coordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, Product management and other functions;

Develop strong relations and new collaboration opportunities with Farm managers, Technical veterinaries and Feed Additive companies and create new customers for premix and commercial supply of raw material products.

Proactive thought always identifying new ways to achieve goals, inspire others;

Consistent performer and strong leader that demonstrates enthusiasm with a personal commitment to displaying outstanding integrity.

Rapidly adapts to change and welcomes additional/new challenges

Highly effective negotiation skills have resulted in multiple long-term contracts and increased profitability while creating win-win scenarios for both parties

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

University degree from reputable universities preferably in Animal Science.

Experiences in Export Sales from the Feed / Feed Additive / Premix industry is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, other languages are plus.

Excellent knowledge of export and foreign trade legislation,

No restrictions to travel abroad,

Having driving licence and drive active.

Residence or willing to relocate to Konya.
