QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations,
Fluency in English both written and spoken, the second language is preferable,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Self-disciplined, dynamic, teamwork skills, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
Strong planning, organizing, following up, reporting, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills,
Having B type active driving license,
No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Determining foreign sales strategies and presenting to the management,
Performing market research and establishing relations, preparing price offers and making contracts,
Ensuring the follow-up and operation of all foreign trade activities, processes, and transactions,
Informing Production, Financial and Purchasing departments about export and import orders,
Appling related regulations for domestic and international customs clearance processes,
Following changes and updates at the legislation and procedures and update related departments,
Planning and executing operations in line with customer delivery dates,
Planning and executing export operations and transactions,
Organizing the shipments in respect of delivery terms and export requirements,
Preparing related and required periodical reports and making evaluations.
