QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Accountability for monthly sales forecast and revenue targets
  • Improving new accounts in new or/and existing countries in order to increase sales.
  • Analyzing & Improving KOL’s and distributors needs for to develop business strategy in the region
  • Developing the core sales positioning and messaging for the product in different parts of the territory.
  • Developing close partner relationships to ensure collaborative focus on accelerating commercial and sales timelines
  • Analyzing market data, trends, competition and opportunities, and make recommendations to Marketing and New Product Development teams
  • Training distributor sales representatives on products and work with them to expand product penetration
  • Managing relationships with distributors and key partners, including leading participation in key customer visits, industry events and conferences. Establish and build long-term relationships
  • Ensuring on-time, on-budget sales revenues and delivery to customers

Requirements
  • Graduation from a reputable university in medical ( Biology , chemistry etc) or engineering field,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • No restrictions for travelling to abroad,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Experience in Medical devices sector
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations,
  • Very good level of MS-Office applications,
  • Second language will be preferred,
  • Excellent command of English,
