GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications:

· University degree in related departments,

· At least 2 years of Foreign Trade process and preferably worked actively in the import and export processes of ready products,

· Fluent in English,

· Analytical mindset and solution-oriented,

· Strong reporting, planning, organization and presentation skills,

· Able to use all MS Office programs very effectively,

· Strong collaboration and team working skills,

· Able to adjust with flexible working hours

· For male candidates, we are looking for candidates with no military obligations.

Job Description:

· Following up all shipping transactions,

· Coordinating with other units of the Company such as warehouse/packaging, logistics, accounting, sales and product management teams,

· Notifying the relevant department of orders placed from abroad,

· Obtaining freight and insurance offers according to the delivery method and arranging the transportation processes with the companies that meet the appropriate conditions,

· Notifying the shipping agent of the airway or seaway freight reservation requests in accordance with the date when the products are ready to be shipped, and following up the reservation processes,

· To help identify and implement cost saving initiatives within the foreign trade supply chain,

· Preparing the necessary documents needed for customs and delivering these documents to relevant departments,

· Obtaining permits for the products to be exported and imported,

· Following up import and export permits and renewing the permits that are expired,

· Preparing weekly, monthly and annual shipment tracking lists,

· Weekly open order and inventory check

· Having the relevant department assign the SKU, UPC and SAP codes for new products and obtaining the relevant permits,

· Following up the shipment payments by coordinating with the accounting team,

· Calculating the freight costs of the products,

· Following up current legislation and customs regulations,

· Reporting all transactions related to shipments and presenting them to the managers,

· Storing all tracking lists and meeting reports,

· Tracking stock level of our company’s warehouses abroad,

· Monitoring the online sales stock level,

· To determine if there are things on our website that need update or change and to notify IT department about identified problems.

· Reviewing customer e-mails and comments on social media and, if necessary, sharing them with the relevant departments,

· Acting for the elimination of problems and notifying the managers in important cases,

· Ensuring the products subject to shipment such as catalogues, packaging and labels are up-to-date and ready to be shipped,

· Preparing and organizing the shipment of the products to be sent for fairs and shows abroad or to be sent as samples.
