QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
· Having work experience in foreign trade operation / logistics / customs clearance departments preferably for industrial chemicals, polymers and petrochemicals industry,
· Being responsible for Import/Export operations according to the company procedures,
· Having full knowledge of international delivery terms and Incoterms 2020,
· Being ensure that customs clearance organization isin atimely and effective manner,
· Carry out customs clearance of materials to be imported in coordination with customs broker, insurance agent, forwarders, etc.
· Checking shipment documents and analyzing according to customs legislation,
· Managing the process of permission to be taken from official institutions within scope of import regime,
· Knowledge of customs clearances and storage costs in the market and able to negotiate and review the costs,
· Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives,
· Having full knowledge of all kind of payment and delivery terms.,
· Knowledge of L/C preparation and follow up all L/C procedures,
Skills:
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
· Good analytical and problem solving skills,
· Strong communication and result oriented approach,
· Experience with customs documentation, knowledge of international trade terms and requirements, customs legislation,
· Residence in Asian Side is preferred.
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree within Foreign Trade Operation / Logistics / International Trade/ Business Administration or similar fields,
· At least 6 years of work experiences in Import and Export operations.
