GENEL NİTELİKLER
General Qualifications:
- Preferably having Bulgarian passport.
- University graduate from a reputable university, preferably in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Foreign Trade and Logistics.
- Knowledge in English and German are a must
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, export operations, foreign trade operations and customs expertise.
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and preferably LOGO Applications,
- Have knowledge about Turkish custom regulations and Foreign Exchange Legislation,
- Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures,
- Ability to energize, develop and build report at all levels within the organization,
- Analytical Minded, Innovative, Result Oriented and Good at Team Work,
- Customer oriented minds with good negotiation and persuasion skills,
- This position is office based in Hadımköy Istanbul, residing on the European side in orientation process.
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- No travel obligations.
Job Description:
- Export operations all over the world (shipments by land, air and sea) both by documentations and company records for internal affairs,
- Preparing proforma invoices & order confirmations and all other necessary documents,
- Support regulatory compliance to country customs regulations when exporting & carry out processes for overseas sales,
- Pursuing the L/C documents from opening to closing. In addition, preparing the export documents according to L/C and transmitting to responsible bank,
- Evaluation of the detailed export reports monthly & annually and reporting to the Export Managers,
- Customer representative (implementing all needs of the present customers) preparing and giving orders to the responsible section in the company to complete export properly),
- Following up orders from production and import department. Responsible from completing orders and preparing them for the shipments.
