JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supporting the Foreign Trade and Purchasing Manager for daily tasks.
· Preparing and documenting the necessary paperwork for purchasing and sales operations both domestically and internationally.
· Tracking the delivery and lead times of purchases.
· Communicating with suppliers for orders, lead times, deliveries, payments, and order problems.
· Communicating with the international suppliers and customers regarding the ongoing import and export operations.
· Tracking domestic material and service requests, collecting offers, preparing purchase orders, and recording the purchasing invoices using the ERP program.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Having a university degree from related universities.
· Fluency in both written and spoken English.
· Details oriented.
· Strong planning, following up, reporting, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
· Eager to learn new things.
· Experience in export, import, customs formalities and international shipping procedures, delivery terms and international payment methods, foreign trade regulations, and procedures is a plus.
· Good command of MS Office applications especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
· Having experience with ERP programs especially Logo Tiger is a plus.
· No military obligation for male candidates.
