QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Konfrut AG has been producing fruit and vegetable juice concentrates, fruit purees and puree concentrates since its establishment in 1968 as Akkent Fruit Juice Cooperative and has been selling these products at home and abroad.
The production technology has been improved and its capacity has been increased over time. Konfrut AG, which has today become a business producing 20,000 tons of products, continues to grow by expanding its portfolio every year.
Konfrut AG is looking for an ‘Investor Relations-Teamleader’ to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications:
Your Role
- Manage relations with CMB, BIST and other regulatory institutions,
- Prepare and publish KAP reports,
- Collect and analyze business and financial data for individual and institutional investors,
- Prepare investor presentations and organize investor conferences,
- Monitor and analyze market developments,
- Keep company web site up to date from investor relations perspective,
- Manage general assembly process.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or closely related fields,
- Min. 5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research or corporate finance,
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong understanding of financial models utilized for valuation of the company,
- Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses,
- Confident in data reporting, presentation and analysis,
- High adaptation and accountability skills,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
