We are looking for a “Senior System Analyst” who will be a member of our IT Russian Team.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Relevant educational background of Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines,
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in system analysis, product management, or related field,
  • High proficiency with SQL language and Solid experience in writing SQL queries,
  • Excellent command of English both speaking and writing, Russian will be a plus,
  • E-commerce and restaurant/merchandising software experience is a plus,
  • Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving,
  • Able to work in a fast moving team environment and being a team player,
  • Experience working with and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence),
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements,
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, business units, outsource parties and upper management,
  • Google analytics knowledge is a plus,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

  • Meeting with the relevant business units to determine software needs and assessing incoming requests,
  • Working closely with software teams and other teams for incoming requests,
  • Performing the necessary analysis and preparation of technical analyse documents for projects, tasks, improvements and corrections,
  • Communicating with customers/business partners at integration points to solve technical problems,
  • Management of software testing processes within the scope of the project,
  • Ensuring tasks are ready for user acceptance by making customer requirement tests.
  • Conducting UX studies to monitor and improve KPIs of digital products/features,
  • End-user analysis coordination and reporting processes,
  • Ensuring that the applications are published in a timely and error-free manner,
  • Determining the systemic requirements and failures in a timely manner, contacting the relevant teams and following up until the problem is solved,
  • Tracking Project cycle closely, keeping Project boards up to date, making sprint preparations,
  • Monitoring system stability periodically with application performance management tools, Google Analytics and similar tools.
