GENEL NİTELİKLER
Requirements
- Bachelors or preferably Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioprocess, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related discipline with 0-3 years of laboratory experience required
- Proven experience with purification chromatography and filtration techniques
- Proven experience with MAb/protein downstream process development and application
- Experience or knowledge of HPLC is preferable
- Experience on DoE and statistical tools for designing& analyzing bioprocess and product profile data is preferable
- Knowledge of fermentation and bio analytics will be added advantage
- Organized, capable of detailed planning and able to follow procedures rigorously
- Ability to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Operates with a high level of safety awareness and attention to details
Job Description
- Participating in process development, tech transfer, scale up, qualification, validation of MAB/protein DSP processes and associated documentation.
- Usage, maintenance and calibration of downstream equipments.
- Maintain inventory of bioprocess raw materials and products.
- Operations support for process buffers and appropriate documentation.
- Compliance to safety requirements, current Goods Laboratory practices, Standard Operating Procedures and complete documentation.
Language
English (Professional level; oral and written) and Turkish(Professional level; oral and written) are mandatory.
