We are looking for a Legal Counsel for our In House Legal Team inmultinational company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or at a multinational company.
- Advanced English (both written and spoken).
- Solid legal notion.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Military services completed (for the male candidates).
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be working mainly on these topics;Corporate & Commercial Law,Contract Law,Transport Law, M&A and Compliance.
- Provide guidance and advise on corporate and commercial issues and draft memos into a variety of legal topics.
- Draft, review and revise all types of contracts both in Turkish and English,
- Ensuring proper handling and carry out of necessary preparations of the
- Corporate Services such as Annual and Regular Board Meetings and Board
- of Directors Meetings
- Work in close collaboration with outside counsels to coordinate and follow-up the litigations.
- Manage formal correspondences and notifications to or from public authorities and other third parties.
- Following up client’s company legal processes, policies, reporting and giving full
- support to Managers.
- Handle the company’s online systems for reporting and archiving.
- Follow new legislation, research on a variety of legal issues that could impact the company.
- Give necessary support to senior in house legal counsel and management.
