GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Durability Test Coordinator to join the Test team in MAN Türkiye.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Indastrual Engineering.
• English language is mandatory, German language is considered a plus
• Technical knowledge about commercial vehicles
• Good knowledge in MS Office and presentation tools
• Having a systematic and result-oriented approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
• Good planning, coordination and systematic tracking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
• Suitable for flexible working hours
• Flexible for short trips abroad.
• No obligations to get CE driving licance.

• Creating, obtaining approval of and maintaining the test plan
• Specification of organisation and infrastructure
• Specification of procedures and standards
• Executing the test plan within planning and budget
• Day-to-day coordination of test activities
• Executing work distribution
• Establishing plans
• Monitoring progress
• Participating in project meetings
• Assessment of test process
• Coordination and distrubution of the test outputs with test engineers and developers.
