Who is fiCommerce?
fiCommerce is an end to end e-commerce solution provider, invested by Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. fiCommerce services include webshop development, order fulfillment, online store and marketplace management, delivery management, customer services to drive brands achieve high quality ecommerce operations.
We are looking for a teammate as E-Commerce Account Manager.
E-Commerce Account Manager (Remote)
You will work in e-Commerce team and be responsible for our clients’ operation management, development and project processes at e-commerce platforms like website, mobile app or marketplaces.
What qualifications needed?
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 4 years of account or project management experience but minimum 2 years of this experience should be at e-commerce sector or channels
· Fluent in both spoken & written English
· Customer oriented strong communication skills
· Good at time planning, organized and managing project deadlines
· Strong business acumen and analytical skills
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Being proactive and self-disciplined person
· A positive attitude and a growth mindset
· Able to work in a team with interpersonal skills
What will you do?
· Working closely and developing a solid and trusting relationship with our clients.
· Determining the needs, requests and complaints and transferring them to relevant departments.
· Coordinating the departments in order to ensure the continuity of the satisfaction for key customers
· Systematic follow-up and guidance for more effective management of logistics operations provided by Arvato or our other logistics partners
· Systematic follow-up and guidance for more effective management of webshop or mobile application developments provided by agencies
· Coordinating and following up on KPIs
· Analysing and reporting daily/weekly KPI’s with clients
