E-COMMERCE TRAINEE / E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

From probiotic granola to superfoods, such as brazil nut and cocoa nibs, probiotic bars, we offer a variety of delicious and nutritious alternatives for the palate-and-health-conscious consumer.

In 2021, Fropie became part of Voicevale Group, a leading nut, coffee and superfood sourcing company, part of the Japanese Toyota Group. We continue to carry out all of our procurement and production processes under Voicevale assurance, in line with international food and environmental safety regulations and with the utmost respect to our communities and planet.
Requirements
? Currently a third or fourth year University degree student or first year of Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
? Good command of English and Turkish (verbal and written)
? Preferably previous Internship experience in FMCG, E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
? Strong presentational and organizational skills, with a commercial mindset (High level understanding of business priorities)
? Good understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing tools and best practices Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
? Skills and experience in creative content writing, both in Turkish and English
? Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS: WordPress preferably)
? Personal blog, Youtube channel etc. experience
? Basic web programming skills in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP technologies.
? Experience with SEO Tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Trends etc.)
? Personal and/or professional interest in wellness, healthy living and eating categories
? High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality
? Team player, flexible, proactive, creative thinker, analytical thinking, open to new types of expertise and result oriented
? Ability to approach and execute strategically based on monthly and yearly plans
? Able to commit to working minimum 3 days in the week during school semester besides full time (5 days per week) during the summer
Job Description:
? Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
? Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Facebook etc.)
? Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
? Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, backlink strategies etc.)
? Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
? Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
? Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
? Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
? Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
? Maintain partnerships with digital agencies and vendors
The ideal candidate will be recruited full time or part time for the „long term e-commerce trainee “ position, and full time for the "e-commerce assistant" position.
