We are looking for ‘ E-Commerce Assistant Merchandiser ’ to ensure company’s global standarts as well as local requirements for stores.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred),
  • 0-2 years E-Com experience,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Pro-active, analytical thinker, team player, well organized,
  • Strong daily follow up and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for online range availability through tracking product files, uploading the products to the website with the right information and images
  • Responsible for in-site layout of products and categories, promotion & campaign set-up based on marketing calendar and testing on website
  • Reviewing onsite search behavior to constantly optimize onsite performance by merchandising the products within the search results to drive conversion
  • Driving changes to online merchandising strategy based on customer, brand strategy and e-commerce objectives and initiatives
  • Monitoring competitive activities within the channels such as price, promotion, new products and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepares weekly sales, campaign and promotion reports
  • Tracking performances both for sales and inventory
  • Responsible for tracking e-commerce tasks and ensuring coordination of test processes
  • Working through strong relationships with key functions, including Merchandising Team, Logistics, Finance, Customer Care and 3rd party service providers
