QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team player with high analytical skills who will love to work with complex sets of data.
As an E-Commerce Category Assistant, your major responsibility will be to contribute MAVİ E-Commerce Strategy by exploring areas for growth across multiple channels and give insight to the team in order to maximize revenue.
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s Degree from Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering departments,
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of e-commerce/retail or eager to have experience in category management,
- Advanced level of written and spoken skills in English,
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel,
- Enthusiastic for data analysis and having high level of reporting skills,
- Having high business follow-up with analytical perspective,
- Team player with good organizing skills, being result-oriented and able to take quick action,
Your responsibilities will be;
- Giving full support for e-commerce strategies and practices in order to achieve the volume, pricing, and profitability targets of e-commerce channel,
- To give support for developing product names and content in line with customer expectations,
- Ensuring products are listed and sorted according to sales and/or marketing strategies in all sales channels (Mavi or Marketplace platforms)
- Involve in the preparation of the regular Sales, Stocks and KPI reports in daily/weekly basis,
- Discovering the innovations, market and consumer trends, insights of the E-commerce business and to make sectoral analysis,
- To be in accordance with the marketing teams for campaign or communication banner designs
- To support product, campaign, and stock management tools in all existing sales channels
- To give support for photo shooting process by tracking samples and related product lists.
