Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from Marketing, Economy, Math and Engineering departments,
  • At least 1 year of category management and marketing experience in e-commerce or new graduate,
  • Having knowledge of basic retail mathematics or eager to learn,
  • Candidates who know fashion and basic product knowledge or candidates who want to learn,
  • Basic knowledge of using Google Analytics, or eager to learn,
  • Willingness to data analysis, reporting,
  • Intermediate knowledge about using MS Office applications (knowing basic functions such as Vlookup and etc.),
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English, Arabic or Russian,
  • Prone to teamwork and people-oriented communication skills.

Basic Functions:

  • Ensuring that the sales budget plan of the related product group is created on the basis of sub-channels and aligning with the product teams,
  • Determining the annual, monthly, weekly and daily turnover and gross profit targets of the product group and carrying out the actions related to their realization with the relevant units,
  • Ensuring that the weekly content planning of the product group is made for all devices. Coordinating with design, digital marketing, operations, project management units to ensure that the content is realized on time,
  • Working and aligning for opportunity categories with product teams for additional option plans to be produced on behalf of the online sales channel for the product group,
  • Making market, competition and price analysis, creating insight and identifying opportunities, determining seasonal actions and providing insight into product groups,
  • Contributing to the creation of annual content plans and targets and revise them when necessary,
  • Making performance plan - actual analysis and change suggestions of content plans,
  • Determining the sales prices of the old season stocks and studying the weekly discounts of the products that are not sold / sold less,
  • Creating product lists of special category contents used on the front of the site,
  • Being first-degree responsible for ranking products and developing the algorithm used for sorting,
  • Creating campaign sales forecasts for the website and making forecast-actual analysis.
