In this role you will;
- Work on the e-commerce customers order process coordinating with logistic department and following up them to ensure orders are planned and delivered accurately and efficiently
- Respond to e-commerce customers enquiries and forward to other departments as required
- Be proactive in analysing customer activities to identify recurring problems and recommend solutions to improve customer service
- Follow-up of over-stock, out-of-stock and critical SKUs; providing effective planning in coordination with other departments
- Preparation of operational performance and efficiency analysis
To be able to successful in the role you need to have;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related departments
- Preferably experience in operations activities / sales
- Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge)
- Strong operation management and being proactive in taking actions
- Good team player with strong communication skills
