What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Selecting, identifying and prioritizing growth targets
  • Constantly analyzing growth opportunities.
  • To design and implement communication constructs in line with the determined targets
  • Testing different communication setups, measuring and optimizing conversions to improve performance KPIs.
  • Within the scope of improving user acquisition, new customer, retention, etc. metrics; developing, implementing and optimizing persona-based and data-based communication constructs
  • Ensuring the improvement of internal and external resources in line with the growth strategy and targets
  • Contributing to the management's decision-making processes by regularly reporting data analysis, forecasts and business results in the implementation of the growth strategy.
  • Effective use of data analysis tools and marketing automation
  • Using data, analytics and other tools.


What Will Be The Qualifications We Expect From You?

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Management,
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web & app metrics, and sales metrics (Analytics, adjust, firebase, hotjar,optimezly..etc. using)
  • Skilled at web&app optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
  • (Braze, segment, insider, related digital, netmera…etc.)
  • Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
  • An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
  • Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.
  • Experienced in retail sector,
  • Willing to continuously improve and strive for progress, not perfection,
  • Min 5 years experience in a similar position,
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English,
  • Use MS Office programs effectively.
