QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Wadaaa is an international multi-vendor marketplace project that brings wholesalers, retailers, and buyers together. The project started in the USA will serve buyers and sellers all over the world. Our goal is to become a modern, rapidly growing world brand in this field.


What You'll Do

- Writing descriptive titles

- Image Sizing

- Creating Part Numbers for Products

- Creating Product Options & Variants

- Writing detailed Product Description

- Tagging Products

- Placing Products in correct Collections

- Reviewing Product listing in Collections for proper placement, image quality, product title display, and Pricing

- Help customers over multiple contact channels; including inbound chats, phone calls, and email. Following up with customers as appropriate.

- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution.

- Operate with understanding, utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and Team Members alike.

- Operate with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we get feedback, and we operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.


What You'll Need:

- Fluent English, Spanish (Optional)

- US work authorization (Required),

- 2 years of customer service experience,

- Computer and data entry skills,

- Basic information about the e-commerce system (Etsy, Shopify),

- Adaptable and open to change - We often have opportunities to cross-train,

- Highly detail orientated; accuracy and organization,

- Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain several live chat conversations while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment,

- Entering products into the system, checking the entered products, supporting vendors and customers.
