GENEL NİTELİKLER

ATKIN GROUP – as a multi-brand company specialising in manufacturing cosmetics and apparel, with offices in London, Dubai and Istanbul is looking for a passionate, committed and experienced eCommerce Administrator for its eCommerce platforms and accounts in Istanbul, Turkey.

eCommerce Administrator (female/male)

The eCommerce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our eCommerce platform and executing all aspects of our online sales in Turkey. This will include management of our eCommerce accounts on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.

The eCommerce Administrator will assist in the planning, execution, and marketing functions of ATKINZ’s eCommerce platform and accounts in Turkey. She/he will ensure published pricing and availability matches inventory and pricing systems, and coordinate changes with stakeholders in sales, marketing and logistics. The eCommerce Administrator will be responsible for the updates to our eCommerce platform and accounts, and will share reports with the Digital Marketing Team, and stakeholders across the organisation.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  1. Build and upload products data to eCommerce marketplaces and accounts.
  2. Supervise and manage contents on eCommerce accounts.
  3. Product setup, content creation and catalogue maintenance on multiple eCommerce marketplaces.
  4. Monitors our eCommerce accounts functionality to ensure that they are delivering the desired customer experience.
  5. Manage/Monitor Inventory for all marketplaces.
  6. Constantly audit our eCommerce accounts; monitor items for low stock, out of stock, or obsolescence.
  7. Work with the design team to create content as needed and upload to relevant eCommerce platforms
  8. Provide the team with insights and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics, Sales, IT)
  10. Communicate with and support regional teams in their eCommerce needs
  11. Collect and report data to internal and external stakeholders
  12. Work alongside other Digital Marketing team members to coordinate launches and updates

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal communicator in Turkish and English.
  2. Must be familiar with eCommerce portals.
  3. Experience with marketplace account managers and various promotional tactics.
  4. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  5. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
  6. An understanding of the various tools in online commerce (payment gateway, ERP, CRM, Google Ads, etc.)
  7. Experience using web-based content management systems (such as Shopify, Optimizely, etc.)
  8. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
  9. An interest in cosmetics and apparel products
  10. Harmonious team player.
