QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In 2015, Turboden decided to establish a local company in Ankara-Sincan region with the registered name of Turboden Turkey ORC Sanayi Üretim A.Ş.
The main purpose of this decision is to strengthen Turboden's position in Turkey and the region by establishing the infrastructure for domestic production of ORC turbo-generators and related equipment, to follow the ever-increasing number of facilities and to create a local sales and after-sales team.
In February 2020, Turboden Turkey included the air-cooled condenser system and chiller for the first time in its production network, increasing its domestic production chain and aiming to expand its production capacity. It has moved its factory in Sincan-Ankara to its new and larger factory in Aliağa-İzmir Alosbi in order to provide a stronger export and import chain, especially international transportation and port facilities.
Electrical Supervisor
Education: Electrical Engineering University Degree.
Language: Turkish, English, Italian (nice to have).
Electrical Skills:
· Specific past experience in supervision in field cabling and tests, for both low and medium voltage and I/O signals.
· Trained on electrical safety in compliance to the standard CEI 11-27 or equivalent, and acknowledge of the company EH&S general and specific rules.
· Knowledge of guidelines and basic purposes of the CE quality standard and / or other specific local standards.
· Ability to understand electrical schemes and drawings.
· Knowledge of bus network (Profibus/Fieldbus).
Mechanical Skills:
· Specific past experience in supervision of assembly mechanical work in field.
· Knowledge and ability in reading the technical & mechanical drawing and specifications.
· Knowledge and ability in reading the P&I scheme (Process & Instrumentation).
· Knowledge and ability in reading the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schemes.
· Knowledge of the main lifting equipment and devices, such as breakdown lorries, forklifts, straps,
chains, hydraulic jacks, rolls etc.
· Qualification for the use of the overhead traveling crane, released after a theoretical and practical
test.
· Knowledge of the main methods of welding and assembling of the piping lines.
· Knowledge of the main quality control tests of the welding.
· Knowledge of the Turboden best practices and procedures and technical specification.
· Knowledge of the main methods of inspection and recording of thermal and acoustic level (e.g.
infrared camera, sound level meter, etc.).
