QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field,
- Minimum 5 years Laboratory working experience in similar position,
- Experienced in accreditation rules and requirements, especially 17025 Lab Accreditation standards,
- Detailed knowledge about local and international standards IEC, EN, Requires a significant understanding and knowledge of laboratory concepts, practices, and procedures,
- Advanced level of English is must.
- At least two years in a supervisory or management role,
- Strong communication and leadership skills,
İŞ TANIMI
Responsible for operations of Electrical & safety tests laboratory in the Electrical business field.
- Plans, organizes and supervises work and equipment for the operation of Electrical laboratory.
- Develops testing concepts.
- Is accountable for the availability, the maintenance and for calibration of testing equipment according to internal or external requirements.
- Review and be knowledgeable of all applicable sections of ISO 17025, and any laboratory-specific quality and technical procedures, including all applicable test methods, Assures current laboratory accreditation is maintained
- Maintains equipment database and laboratory information management system
- Supports the development of new services, by developing testing methods and procedures.
- Supervises laboratory staff disciplinary and technically, provides initial training and ongoing feedback.
