QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an 'Electrical Maintenance and Automation Unit Manager' to be located in Gemlik, Bursa.
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities such as Electrics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control and Automation,
- Minimum 5 years experience in this field,
- Fluent in English,
- Experienced in PLC & HMI programming, hardware, control, and command, ability to develop algorithms,
- Experienced in machine automation,
- Preferably, designed, manufactured or contributed automation control panels, implemented and commissioned applications with PLC, drives, HMIs and other industrial equipment,
- Ability of using scheme drawing programs,
- Practical experience in AC & DC Drives, Servo Drives,
- Self-motivated and hard-worker,
- Strong planning and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Manage the electrical maintenance department budget,
- To lead the mechanical maintenance team,
- To make and implement the short and long term departmant plan,
- Preparing, updating, and performing scheduled maintenance programs,
- To communicate with the contractor companies to be established and to plan and implement the necessary actions to fulfill company obligations, on electricity and automation works on the new lines,
- To design the electrical schemes of the projects, selection of the necessary materials, developing the PLC program,
- To follow developments in the automation sector and adapt them to existing applications to improve the current systems,
- To ensure that all maintenance activities in the shift is carried out effectively.
