QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in Factory Electrical / Electronic Maintenance Management,
• Hand-on experience on computing and automation processes. Especially, industrial PLC and Scada Systems,
• Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical or food industry,
• Experienced in Transformer Maintenance and Grounding Measurement,
• Experienced in troubleshooting and new machine installation process,
• Having High Voltage Certificate,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Good knowledge of Office, Autocad, Proteus programs,
• Experienced in team management,
• Problem solving and organization ability,
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Description

• Ensure the continuity of production activities through planning all necessary maintenance activities,
• Planning and implementing planned maintenance, improvement and renewal activities to prevent possible breakdowns in facilities and machines,
• Planning internal and external services and material purchasing activities related with maintenance and repair activities,
• Determine investment, improvement and revisions for current and future periods,
• Managing the spare parts for all technical Works,
• Examining the thermal camera reports and taking precautions at the foreseen points,
• Playing an active role in malfunctions that may occur in all Production and Auxiliary Facilities machinery andequipments,
• Tracking transformer load andcompensation,
• Schedule and follow-up periodic maintenance,
• Keeping the High Voltage, Low Voltage, Main Distribution Panel and sub-panel line drawings and markings throughout the factory up-to-date,
• Follow up Spare Parts Stock and open order when it is needed.
