QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Graduated from Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in Factory Electrical / Electronic Maintenance Management,
- Hand-on experience on computing and automation processes. Especially, industrial PLC and Scada Systems,
- Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical or food industry,
- Experienced in Transformer Maintenance and Grounding Measurement,
- Experienced in troubleshooting and new machine installation process,
- Having High Voltage Certificate,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Good knowledge of Office, Autocad, Proteus programs,
- Experienced in team management,
- Problem solving and organization ability,
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Job Description
- Ensure the continuity of production activities through planning all necessary maintenance activities,
- Planning and implementing planned maintenance, improvement and renewal activities to prevent possible breakdowns in facilities and machines,
- Planning internal and external services and material purchasing activities related with maintenance and repair activities,
- Determine investment, improvement and revisions for current and future periods,
- Managing the spare parts for all technical Works,
- Examining the thermal camera reports and taking precautions at the foreseen points,
- Playing an active role in malfunctions that may occur in all Production and Auxiliary Facilities machinery andequipments,
- Tracking transformer load andcompensation,
- Schedule and follow-up periodic maintenance,
- Keeping the High Voltage, Low Voltage, Main Distribution Panel and sub-panel line drawings and markings throughout the factory up-to-date,
- Follow up Spare Parts Stock and open order when it is needed.
