QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Electronic System Engineer/Technician , Welding Technologies
Tasks:
- Electrotechnical/software commissioning/system integration
- Installing and updating Fronius software
- Arranging training events for sales teams, distributors, dealers and end clients in the country
- Adapting training documents
- Providing support for the introduction of products/systems/processes onto the market
- Providing e-mail and telephone support for technical queries
- Providing support for complex system configurations
- Balancing capacity constraints in the national organisation (holiday replacements, attending production start-up, commissioning, etc)
Assisting with product management, e.g. initiating modifications/further development,
Assisting with events (trade fairs, seminars)
Requirements
Educational and technical training, relevant professional experience
- Accociate degree technician/ bachelor's (Graduate) engineering
- Authorisation to carry out electrical repairs
- Basic knowledge of manual electrode, TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes
- Electronics engineer, Higher-vocational technical school, college, etc. :
- Apprenticeship such as electro-mechanical technician, electronics engineer with relevant professional experience or
- Associate degree in electronic or
- Bachelor degree in electronic applied technology
- Special interest in welding technology
- Understanding of mechatronics an advantage
- Experience in robot programming/interfaces an advantage
- Sales/communication training
- Presentation skills
- Comprehensive IT skills
- Driving licence
