- Graduated from Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 5 years of maintenance and repair experience in industrial facilities,
- Experienced in PLC systems, industrial electronics, AC, DC motor drivers, PLC systems, industrial electronics, AC, DC motor drivers, automation and control systems, instrument engineering, planned maintenance and revision applications,
- Experience in Predictive & Preventive maintenance methodologies
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Conceptual thinking and eagerness to learn
- Creativity, analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Completed military service for male applicants
- Residence in Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Management of preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Development of maintenance activities (Breakdowns, Improvement activities of business team
- Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects
- Spare parts management, determining the needs
- Budget control of engineering expenses
- To carry out planned, revision-protective and break down maintenance and predictive maintenance which is necessary for the healthy, efficient and continuous operation of electrical and electronic equipment, in accordance with the plans
- Planning new investments and machinery rehabilitation, feasibility studies, contacting domestic and foreign parties,
- To ensure that investments and rehabilitations are carried out within the specified time, quality and within the budget.
