A German-Turkish company is looking for an electrical&electronic engineer for the projects of the engineering company in Istanbul, European side.We are seeking a committed, long term employee having extensive experience and capable of designing and implementing industrial, commercial and domestic electrical systems. and in return, there will be sufficient opportunity to further develop your skills and grow with this company.

Job description

Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.

Preparing design layouts, line diagrams, wiring harnesses, electrical systems, bills of material, and drawings/schematics of components and assemblies with supporting calculations, in support of the overall system design,

Determining and selecting the necessary equipment like Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Generators, UPS, AC/DC converters, power distribution panels etc.,

Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.

Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.

Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

Supervising or training project team members.

Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

Maintaining electrical equipment.

Working with a variety of technicians.

Performing related Engineering Calculations for shelterization,

Preparing of lists of power, signal and control cabling, background in wiring/cable harness.

Performing studies on cable routing,

Commissioning of the power systems,

Providing after sales technical support,

General Qualifications

To graduate from Information Eletrical&Electronic Engineering departments of universities or vocational schools,

Knowledge in electric energy production and transmission

5 years of experience in electric projects including Medium voltage and and High voltage systems

5 years of experience in project management

Able to use informatics tools

Experience in renewables (Photovoltaic, wind energy at least)

Expert 3D CAD modelling skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent CAN DO attitude

Professional and self-motivated

Ability to work autonomously

Show initiative and creativity

Proficiency in Solidworks is essential, and experience in sheet metal work is an advantage

Having the ability to think analytically,

Demonstrate strong time management skills,

Being open to professional development,

To show a tendency to cooperation and teamwork,

To be able to produce a solution in the face of the problem,

Good knowledge of English and German,

Having no restriction to travel (abroad travels will be often)
