Energy Sector Consultant-Electrical Engineer

BeGrid Consulting is currently seeking a “Electrical Engineer”for satisfying his development in Turkey.

We are looking for a colleague passionated by Power System development. Curious, rigorous, detail-oriented and comfortable with team work, we offer you an opportunity to acquire rare skills.You will be in charge to :

-realize Power System studies

-provide technical support to our clients

-provide on-site consulting missions

-participate on redaction of study report’s

-maintain of high level international energy market knowledge and news

Qualification and experience

-Master Degree / PhD in Electrical engineering.

-Understanding of Transmission System Operator-related issues / energy market functioning

-Experience in Grid Study software (PSS/E, DIgSILENT, EMTP, NEPLAN, …)

-Experience in Market Study software (PLEXOS, PROMED, PowerSym, BID3, PSR, …)

-Experience in data analysis. Knowledge of R or Python and data science will be considered a plus.

-Good drafting skills in English. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.

-Good team player attitude, and interest to work in a multi-cultural environment

-Willingness to travel frequently in Turkey and abroad

Job position : Junior Energy Sector Consultant

Location : Istanbul, Maltepe (Marmaray İdealtepe, Metro Küçükyalı)
