QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Rieter is the world's leading supplier of systems for short-staple fiber spinning. Based in Winterthur (Switzerland), the company develops and manufactures machinery, systems and components used to convert natural and manmade fibers and their blends into yarns.
Rieter is the only supplier worldwide to cover spinning preparation processes as well as all four final spinning processes currently established on the market. To further strengthen our activities we are looking for an
Electronic Service Engineer,
based in our Head office in Istanbul
Key Requirements:
· University Degree in Electronical Engineering,
· Specialization in digital, analog, microcontroller, AC/DC Drives
· A general understanding for mechanics, machine performance and interrelated functions
· Experience in Repair Service or R&D is an asset
· Fast learner, good communication skills and team player
· Good command of oral and written English
· Strong analytical skills and good knowledge on troubleshooting
· No travel restrictions
· No military obligation
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high quality Service to our customers, covering all technical issues on Rieter Textile Machines with its fully automated products and product lines
- It includes, but not limited to electronic parts and its repair down to the level of components for control prints, modules, PLCs, Inverters configuration of parts, machine troubleshooting, attending service phone calls and support customers, field engineers and spare part department with technical support
- Executing Repair and maintenance activities both in house and if needed at customer site
- Reporting of the service activities
- Technical Support to the customers on the machine application and Spare parts.
- Attending trainings on equipment and processes
